Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How does the auction process work? This is a no reserve, absolute action and is open to anyone who is interested. The process is outlined on the Auction Page or click here to watch a video of the auction process.
2. Do I have to be there on time? No. You may come at anytime during the auction, just plan a little extra time to get registered and to check out if you purchase something. The auction runs from 10:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM.
3. When do I have to pick up what I buy? You have 2 weeks to remove your order from the auction site. You may take it with you the day of the auction, come back and pick it up, or arrange for delivery. All items purchased that remain on site longer than 2 weeks will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
4. How do I donate a tree if I want to? We have a list of organizations who have indicated that they would like trees and shrubs donated. You can check the list here, bid on items you want to donate, then let us know where you want them to go. We will take care of the rest!
5. What is the buyers premium? The buyers premium is a surcharge assesed to each sale to help cover costs of the auction. The 3% BP on credit card purchases covers the expense of running a credit card. The 10% BP on all purchases covers the expense of hiring the auctioning company. At the prices that trees and shrubs are selling for, we are not able to absorb these costs, therefore we are passing it on to the buyer. But you are still getting a fantastic price on trees and shrubs that you cannot find anywhere else.

7. Can I have items I purchase at the auction delivered and installed? Yes! Representatives from Independent Contractors will be on-site for you to make arrangements with them for any delivery and installation services you need. Delivery and installation services are at an additional charge.
8. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard and purchases must be paid in full before you leave the auction. There is a 3% buyers premium on credit card purchase, and an additional 10% buyer premium on purchases. Sales tax will also be charged on all purchases.
9. How low can I bid for items? This is an absolute auction. There are no minimums or reserves.
10. Do you have other landscape materials like mulch, soil, edging, etc. available at the auction? The auction is only for trees and shrubs.
11. Will there be food and drinks available? Yes. There will be food and drinks available for purchase or giveaways depending on the day.
12. Will it be muddy? Probably, wear boots just to be safe.
